Sierra Mental Health Therapy is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) to join our expanding team. This is a full-time remote position that offers an annual salary ranging from $120,000 to $130,000. Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough psychological assessments and diagnostic evaluations of clients to determine treatment plans tailored to their needs.

  • Engage in crisis intervention when required, offering immediate support to clients experiencing acute psychological distress.
  • Document all therapy sessions in compliance with legal, ethical, and company policies to maintain high standards of patient confidentiality.
  • Participate in ongoing training and workshops aimed at improving clinical skills and learning about new methodologies in psycho-therapy.
  • Collaborate with colleagues during regular team meetings to discuss treatment strategies and improve service delivery.
  • Assist with the training of new therapists on the procedures for implementing therapeutic programs and conducting bariatric psychological evaluations.
  • Encourage client participation in therapeutic retreats and activities aimed at enhancing therapeutic relationships and self-discovery.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Your primary focus will be on a diverse range of clients, including individuals, couples, and families dealing with varying levels of mental health issues. Qualifications
