• Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments that evaluate cognitive, emotional, and behavioral functioning for students.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings, employing a variety of evidence-based therapeutic techniques.
• Provide psychotherapy services tailored to individuals, couples, families, and groups to tackle a wide range of mental health challenges.
• Administer and interpret psychological tests to aid in diagnostic clarification and effective treatment planning.
• Collaborate effectively with other mental health professionals, including school counselors, educators, and social workers, to ensure integrated care for students.
• Offer crisis intervention for students experiencing acute distress, ensuring their safety and providing referrals for additional support as necessary.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of assessments, treatment plans, progress notes, and relevant records to ensure continuity of care.
• Stay updated with current research in psychology and relevant advancements to continually refine therapeutic practices.
• Provide mentoring and oversight for psychology interns and doctoral psychology students when applicable, fostering their professional growth.
• Engage in regular case conferences, team meetings, and professional development activities to enhance clinical expertise.

The primary focus of this role will be students from diverse backgrounds, including those dealing with academic stress, behavioral issues, and mental health disorders such as anxiety and depression. • A doctoral degree (PhD or PsyD) in Psychology from an accredited institution is required.
• Current and valid licensure as a psychologist in the state of California.
• A minimum of two years of post-licensure experience in a clinical setting, preferably within a school or educational environment.
• Strong familiarity with psychological theories, assessment tools, and contemporary evidence-based treatment modalities tailored for youth.
• Proficiency in conducting psychological assessments, diagnosing mental health conditions, and developing individualized treatment plans.
