Remote Psychiatric Pharmacist Jobs (NOW HIRING)

Resilience Psychiatry Solutions is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Mental Health Counselor to join our team in a full-time remote position. The ideal candidate will hold one of the following licenses: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC). In this role, you will play a crucial part in assessing and addressing the biopsychosocial needs of our community health clinic patients, ensuring their mental well-being and facilitating access to necessary resources.

You will be equipped with the necessary technology and resources to facilitate remote therapy sessions effectively.

• Conduct in-depth assessments of patients’ psychosocial needs, identifying appropriate treatment plans and referral options to provide comprehensive care.
• Guide patients through the process of obtaining necessary entitlements, supplemental insurance, and other benefits, eliminating reliance on emergency assistance programs.
• Assist patients in accessing prescription cost assistance through community resources and pharmaceutical company programs.
• Serve as an advocate for patients, navigating interactions with community agencies to ensure they receive adequate support and services.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, preparing reports and documentation as required.
• Coordinate and facilitate transportation assistance for patients who need it, ensuring access to appointments and services.
• Participate actively in clinical meetings and case conferences, contributing to team discussions about patient care strategies.

Your work will primarily involve individuals from varied backgrounds who may be facing challenges related to mental health, behavioral issues, or social circumstances. We emphasize culturally competent care to respect and respond to the diverse needs of our patient population. You will have the opportunity to work with a mix of adults, children, and families, providing a range of counseling services that empower them to achieve better mental health outcomes.

• A master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Counseling is required.
• An active or independent license in one of the following: LPCC, LCSW, or LMFT.
• A minimum of two (2) years of professional counseling experience in a clinical setting.

• Experience in community mental health settings or working with underprivileged populations is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with case management practices and mental health advocacy.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively document patient progress and collaborate with team members.
