• Provide high-quality, evidence-based therapy services tailored to individual client needs.
• Conduct comprehensive assessments to understand client issues and develop personalized treatment plans that align with clinical best practices.

You will work with a diverse client base, including individuals facing challenges related to anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship difficulties. Our patient population reflects a variety of backgrounds and experiences, enabling you to apply your clinical expertise in a meaningful way. • A Master's degree or higher in counseling, psychology, social work, or a closely related field.
• Current licensure by the State Board to practice independently as a Mental Health Counselor (e.g., LMHC, LICSW, LMFT, PsyD).
• Demonstrated passion for providing compassionate care and supporting client journeys towards improved mental health.

• Experience providing therapy to a wide demographic, particularly in outpatient settings.
• Familiarity with effective therapeutic modalities that cater to various mental health concerns.
• Previous experience using digital health platforms for client management and documentation is a plus.

• Annual salary range of USD 80,000 to 100,000 commensurate with experience and qualifications.
