Our organization emphasizes a strong team-oriented atmosphere, where innovation and professional growth are encouraged.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct in-depth assessments of clients, utilizing standardized tools and interactive discussions to gauge needs, strengths, and therapeutic goals.
  • Design and implement customized treatment plans that incorporate evidence-based methodologies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) tailored to each client's unique circumstances.
  • Facilitate ongoing therapeutic sessions addressing a spectrum of issues including anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship conflicts, and significant life transitions.
  • Work collaboratively with a diverse team of mental health professionals, including psychiatrists, psychologists, social workers, and case managers, to develop an integrated approach to mental health care.
  • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with ethical guidelines and state regulations, ensuring the highest standards of care and confidentiality.
  • Engage in regular supervision and team meetings to promote continuous learning and enhance your therapeutic skills based on the latest best practices.
  • Participate in community outreach initiatives aimed at raising awareness about mental health resources and access, strengthening the support network available to those in need.
Patient Population / Client Focus

You will work with a diverse client base, including children, adolescents, adults, and families facing various mental health challenges. This role demands a commitment to cultural competence and an understanding of socioeconomic factors that may impact mental health. Your work will focus on empowering clients through evidence-based practices, fostering resilience, and ultimately aiding them in achieving personal growth and improved mental well-being.

Qualifications
  • A Masterโ€™s or Doctoral degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling Psychology, Social Work, or a related field from an accredited institution.
  • Current and active state licensure as either a LMHC, LMFT, or LICSW.
  • Minimum of 3โ€“4 years of clinical experience in a mental health or behavioral health setting, demonstrating your ability to provide effective therapy.
  • Strong skills in developing assessments and treatment plans, with proficiency in delivering evidence-based interventions.
  • Exceptional communication abilities, capable of building rapport with clients while effectively collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.
  • Commitment to principles of diversity and inclusion, ensuring equality in therapeutic practice.
Preferred Experience
  • Experience working within a community health framework, particularly in remote or telehealth settings.
  • Familiarity with various therapeutic modalities and their practical application in a clinical setting.
  • Background in conducting community outreach programs or mental health awareness initiatives.

  • Comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, and vision insurance, retirement plans, and generous paid time off.
  • Access to ongoing professional development, including training and certifications to enhance your therapeutic skills.
  • Flexible scheduling options, allowing for a better work-life balance.
