• Conduct thorough assessments and develop personalized treatment plans for clients based on their unique needs and backgrounds.
• Utilize various methods of communication, including video and audio sessions, as well as written journals and clinical worksheet assessments, to facilitate therapy sessions.
• Support clients through their mental health journeys by setting achievable goals and tracking their progress using our platform's tracking features.
• Maintain accurate and confidential client documentation while adhering to legal and ethical standards set forth by the industry.
• Collaborate with peers and participate in regular supervision and training sessions to continuously enhance your therapeutic skills and ensure the best possible care for your clients.

You will be primarily working with low acuity adults dealing with issues such as anxiety, depression, ADHD, OCD, relationship challenges, weight management, and grief. Our clients are pre-screened, ensuring you will only engage with stable individuals who require supportive and less intensive therapeutic interventions. This focus allows you to effectively apply your skills and experience in a manner that fosters meaningful recovery pathways for your clients.

• A Master's degree or higher in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Current and valid state licensure as an LPC, LICSW, or LMFT, based on your expertise.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to foster a supportive therapeutic relationship with clients.

• Experience working in a telehealth or remote counseling setting is a plus, but not mandatory.
• Familiarity with evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy or solution-focused therapy will aid in effective client care.
• Prior experience working with adult populations dealing with the specified client focus can enhance your contributions to the team.

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 115,000 to 130,000, dependent on your case load and experience level. In addition to a generous salary, we provide the following benefits:
