• Conduct comprehensive intake assessments and develop tailored treatment plans for clients based on their unique needs and circumstances.
• Provide individual, family, and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based practices and therapeutic interventions.
• Facilitate collaborative care by working closely with other mental health professionals, including psychologists, social workers, and psychiatrists, to ensure clients receive holistic treatment.
• Maintain meticulous documentation of progress notes, treatment plans, and other necessary client information in compliance with organizational policies and HIPAA regulations.
• Engage in ongoing clinical supervision and participate in training opportunities to continually enhance both clinical skills and professional knowledge.
• Stay informed about the latest research, trends, and best practices in the mental health field to provide the highest quality care.
• Adhere strictly to ethical guidelines and legal requirements while maintaining client confidentiality.

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a closely related field.
• A valid and active license as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Oregon.
• Proven ability to practice independently without supervision.

• 1-3+ years of clinical experience in a counseling setting, preferably with a focus on telehealth services.
