• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to accurately identify clients' mental health concerns and determine appropriate interventions.
• Develop personalized treatment plans based on evidence-based therapies and tailored strategies that align with individual client needs and goals.
• Deliver high-quality individual therapy sessions, utilizing a variety of modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and trauma-informed care approaches to ensure effective treatment.

• Must hold a current, valid clinical license from the state: Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, fostering a reliable and compassionate therapeutic relationship with clients from diverse backgrounds.
• A deep sense of empathy, coupled with a non-judgmental attitude, to effectively support clients through their challenges.

• Previous experience in outpatient counseling or private practice is highly desirable.
