  • Ensure compatibility between equipment and software, analyze operational and system requirements, support design reviews, and present technical briefings.
  • Engineer systems, including conducting prototypes, proofs of concept, or full system implementations.
  • Evaluate, assess, document, and test data security and continuity of operations for systems and programs.
  • Serve as a solutions provider to senior management and professional staff concerning areas of technological development and advancement.
Requirements
  • Minimum of seven years of experience analyzing user requirements and producing system specifications using UML or other data modeling standards.
  • At least one year of experience with user story development or analysis in an agile environment.
  • At least nine years of experience with programming languages such as Java, Angular, Springboot, etc.
  • At least seven years of experience with SQL or database stored procedures.
  • Six or more years of experience in application design, data warehousing, distributed processing, database design, and security implementation.
  • Experience in module/unit testing, executing and documenting test results.
  • Experience evaluating various technologies for suitability to business needs.
  • Broad knowledge of current network, development, and database architectures and technologies.
  • Proficiency with Internet/Intranet protocols and web server technologies.
  • Experience as a technical leader in software engineering or related fields.
  • Expertise in Java, Angular, Springboot, and advanced SQL and database design.
  • Strong skills in requirements analysis, system architecture development, and technical briefings.
