As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), your key responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive assessments and developing treatment plans tailored to individual client needs, incorporating both pre-crisis and crisis plans.
• Maintaining timely and precise documentation that meets regulatory standards for compliance and best practices.
• Utilizing evidence-based screening tools as prescribed by clinical protocols to ensure effective treatment pathways.
• Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to create and implement positive behavior support plans that enhance client outcomes.
• Actively participating in all licensing and accreditation processes to uphold the organization's high standards of care.
• Serving as a liaison to state agencies and community partners, facilitating appropriate referrals and resources for clients.
• Fostering open communication with clients and stakeholders to meet contract standards and support our mission within the community.
• Building relationships with various agencies to identify and secure partnerships and funding opportunities that can benefit our programs.
• Engaging in professional development through conferences and training, which expands your expertise and strengthens the agency's presence in mental health advocacy.
• Promoting and integrating the organization's mission, values, philosophy, and principles into everyday practice.
• Other similar duties as assigned by the Clinic Director to support overall organizational effectiveness.

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:
