FenixHire is a fast-growing recruitment firm specializing in connecting top dental talent with practices, DSOs, and healthcare organizations across the United States. As our Dental Division continues to expand, we are seeking a highly motivated Dental Client Acquisition Executive to drive business growth and establish new client partnerships nationwide.

This is a business development-focused role designed for professionals who excel at prospecting, relationship building, and closing new business. You will be responsible for introducing FenixHire's recruitment solutions to dental organizations and helping clients solve critical hiring challenges through our specialized talent acquisition services.

What You'll Do

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within the dental industry
  • Build relationships with dental practice owners, office managers, regional directors, and DSO leadership teams
  • Conduct outbound prospecting through phone, email, LinkedIn, and other business development channels
  • Present FenixHire's recruitment services to prospective clients
  • Secure new client partnerships and recruitment agreements
  • Manage and maintain an active pipeline of prospective accounts
  • Collaborate with recruiting teams to ensure successful placements and exceptional client experiences
  • Track outreach efforts, pipeline activity, and business development performance
  • Represent the FenixHire brand with professionalism, confidence, and integrity

Qualifications

  • Experience in business development, sales, account management, recruiting, staffing, or healthcare services preferred

Compensation
