Job description

North South Consulting Group, LLC is a full-service government contracting firm seeking an experienced Proposal Manager. In this role, you will lead and manage the development of high-quality, compliant, and compelling proposals in response to government and commercial Requests for Proposals, Requests for Information, and other solicitation types.
You will oversee the entire proposal process, from initial analysis of requirements to final submission, ensuring alignment with North South Consulting Group's strategic goals and client needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Proposal Development: Lead the end-to-end proposal development process, including analyzing Request for Proposal requirements, developing compliance matrices, and creating proposal outlines and schedules.
  • Team Coordination: Assemble and manage cross-functional proposal teams, including subject matter experts, writers, and reviewers, to develop comprehensive and persuasive proposals.
  • Content Management: Oversee the creation, review, and revision of proposal content to ensure clarity, compliance, and alignment with client requirements and evaluation criteria.
  • Schedule Management: Develop and maintain proposal schedules, ensuring all milestones and deadlines are met, and facilitate regular proposal status meetings.
