Job description

Job title: Regional Multifamily Property Manager - Austin/Dallas


Location: Remote w/ travel to sites as needed

6 properties - 5 in the Austin metro and 1 in Dallas


A well-established property management firm with 100+ communities nationwide is seeking an experienced Regional Property Manager to oversee a portfolio of multifamily communities across 6 properties in the Austin and Dallas metro.


Responsibilities:

• Provide leadership and operational oversight for 6–8 multifamily properties

• Mentor and support on-site teams to achieve occupancy, retention, and financial goals

• Monitor property performance, budgets, and capital improvements

• Ensure compliance with company policies and housing regulations

• Collaborate with corporate departments to streamline operations and reporting


Requirements:

• 5+ years of multifamily property management experience, with 2+ years in a regional leadership role

• Proven success in managing multiple assets and leading diverse teams

• Strong financial acumen and operational strategy skills

• Excellent communication, organizational, and conflict resolution abilities

• CAM, CAPS, or CPM designation a plus


Compensation & Benefits:

Base Salary: $110,000-$120,000 (potential to go outside this range)

Bonus: Additional bonus potential
