Job Description:

The Assistant Property Manager will support the daily management of a commercial office property by coordinating tenant services, vendor activities, financial processes, and building operations.   • Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, Property Management, or a related field preferred.
  • Government or secure facility experience is a plus but not required.
  • Understanding of budgeting, operating expenses, and financial reporting.
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Experience with property management or financial software is preferred.
  • Knowledge of ADA and OSHA regulations is beneficial.
  • Excellent organizational, customer service, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks, solve problems independently, and work collaboratively.
