North Shore Masonry is seeking an experienced Business Development / Marketing Manager to expand our presence in the Chicago and Milwaukee markets.

About the Role

This position is responsible for developing strategic relationships, generating new opportunities, and increasing annual revenue across assigned territories. You will work closely with ownership and leadership to drive growth and strengthen our referral network.

This is a remote position with regular in-market networking and relationship-building responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a territory-based marketing and sales strategy
  • Build relationships with property owners, property managers, insurance agents/adjusters, facility managers, and referral partners
  • Identify, cultivate, and track new bid opportunities
  • Generate an initial target of $2,000,000+ in annual revenue
  • Attend networking events, trade shows, and industry associations
  • Represent North Shore Masonry at presentations and industry events
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and sales pipeline reporting
  • Collaborate with estimating and operations teams to ensure smooth project handoff
  • Assist with social media and brand marketing initiatives
  • Support special events and large marketing efforts as needed
