Job description

Our client is seeking a Project Manager to manage projects focused around financial systems! Location: 100% Remote. Candidates local to Denver, CO are preferred.

Compensation: $57/hour W2 Please note this role is not open on C2C or to third-parties. Responsibilities Manage the project portfolio across our Finance, Accounting, and Procurement application space, including project work for Electronic Invoicing. Drive project delivery, ensure alignment with business goals, and coordinate efforts among cross-functional teams.

Proactively engage with business leads, IT product owners, and external partners to ensure all requirements are captured and delivered against the approved project scope. Manage project financials, including tracking capital and operational expense allocations, and provide guidance to team members regarding expense reporting. Coordinate with internal groups to onboard and manage project resources, including proposing adjustments to reporting structures if needed.

Maintain all essential project documentation, status reports, and dashboards, ensuring compliance with internal standards and audit readiness. Qualifications 5+ years of IT project management experience is required. Experience managing projects for financial/procurement systems or large-scale ERP implementations is required.

Strong foundational knowledge of accounting principles, procurement processes, and enterprise integration platforms. Experience with tools such as ServiceNow, JIRA/Confluence, Apptio/TargetProcess, and enterprise applications like Oracle EBS/Cloud, Coupa, or Tungsten/Kofax. Proven ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders and manage expectations throughout a project.

Product management experience is a plus. PMP certification is preferred. #J-18808-Ljbffr
