Job description

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to support a high-visibility Partner Programs organization. This role serves as the operational backbone for multiple initiatives supporting reseller, co-sell, and channel partner programs. The ideal candidate will drive execution, manage competing priorities, and ensure projects are delivered efficiently and effectively across cross-functional teams.

  • Own and manage the project backlog, ensuring priorities are clearly defined and aligned with business objectives.
  • Create, maintain, and drive project schedules, timelines, and deliverables across multiple workstreams.
  • Lead program governance through regular status meetings, stakeholder communications, and reporting cadences.
  • Identify, escalate, and remove project blockers to keep teams on track and maintain delivery timelines.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams including business, operations, product, and partner stakeholders to ensure successful execution.
  • Monitor project risks, dependencies, and action items while driving accountability across teams.
  • Establish operational processes and workflows that improve efficiency, visibility, and execution.
  • Track progress against milestones and provide updates to leadership on project health, risks, and outcomes.
  • Ensure organizational readiness and successful implementation of program changes and enhancements.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $45.00 - $45.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
