FOUNDING FITNESS CREATIVE + LAUNCH ASSISTANT
Stamford, CT - Opening Soon and we are so excited
Were launching a brand-new boutique wellness/fitness concept in Stamford and are looking for a creative, energetic, social-media-savvy person to help us bring the vision to life.
This is a super fun startup-style role for someone who loves branding, aesthetics, wellness, content creation, community-building, and being part of something exciting from the very beginning.
Previous barre, trampoline/rebound, or boutique fitness industry experience is required for this role.
What Youll Help With:
Social media + launch teasers
Canva/content creation
Community outreach + buzz-building
Launch planning + creative ideas
Assisting with booking flow and studio setup
Helping create an exciting client experience
Assisting with instructor recruitment and onboarding
Helping develop our signature fitness format, instructor training process, and class curriculum
About You:
Positive, creative, and self-motivated
Comfortable on camera and with social media
Previous barre, rebound/trampoline, or boutique fitness experience required
Strong understanding of boutique fitness energy and client experience
Excited by startup energy and building something new. Must have a magnetic personality that drawn folks in.
Details:
Approx. 5 hours/week to start. Allows you to continue to doing things you are doing. We consider this a side project.
Flexible schedule
Remote initially with on-site involvement closer to launch with increased hours.
