We're thrilled to partner with a dynamic and innovative marketing agency, a leader dedicated to pushing the boundaries of creative strategy and flawless execution. This organization transforms creative visions into tangible results, and your expertise will be pivotal in shaping the success of diverse marketing initiatives. Join a forward-thinking team where you will directly influence strategic campaigns and contribute to the operational excellence that drives impactful outcomes.
Are you ready to be the linchpin that connects strategic vision with flawless execution? We are seeking a highly skilled and adaptable professional to join our client's team, where you will be instrumental in bridging the gap between strategic planning and successful delivery. This is a unique opportunity to make a significant impact by ensuring the seamless execution of diverse marketing projects, directly contributing to the efficiency and integrity of marketing campaigns and driving both operational excellence and strategic success.
What You'll Do
  • Lead the full lifecycle of complex marketing engagements across multiple clients, from initial scoping and project planning through execution, launch, and completion, ensuring work is delivered on time, within scope, and to a high standard.
  • Manage multiple client projects and competing priorities simultaneously, balancing deadlines, resources, client needs, and internal team capacity in a fast-paced agency environment.
  • Partner with Account, Strategy, Creative, Media, Analytics, and other teams to translate client objectives into clear project plans, timelines, deliverables, responsibilities, and milestones.
  • Scope new projects and engagements, helping define the work required, level of effort, timelines, dependencies, resources, and potential risks before work begins.
  • Lead project kickoffs and team briefings, ensuring internal teams have the context, requirements, deliverables, deadlines, and client expectations needed to execute successfully.
  • Manage media campaign workflows from planning through launch, coordinating deliverables, specifications, approvals, trafficking, quality assurance, and launch requirements across relevant media channels.
  • Support Account-Based Marketing (ABM), demand generation, and integrated marketing programs, coordinating the people, processes, deliverables, and timelines required to bring campaigns to market.
  • Serve as the connective tissue across agency teams, proactively identifying dependencies, resolving roadblocks, clarifying ownership, and keeping work moving forward.
  • Work directly with clients and internal stakeholders to establish expectations, communicate project status, surface risks, and ensure everyone remains aligned throughout an engagement.
  • Monitor project scope, timelines, resources, and deliverables, identifying potential issues early and taking action before they impact the client or the business.
  • Improve processes and workflows by identifying inefficiencies, asking the right questions, and developing practical solutions that make teams more effective.
  • Use project management and marketing systems to maintain visibility into work, including project setup, tracking, reporting, resource coordination, and workflow management.
  • Collaborate with media teams to ensure campaign assets and deliverables meet channel-specific requirements, including file specifications, deadlines, approvals, and trafficking needs.
  • Bring curiosity and ownership to every project, digging into unanswered questions, understanding the "why" behind the work, and proactively finding solutions rather than waiting for problems to be escalated.

What You'll Bring
  • 5+ years of project management experience in an agency, marketing services, media, or similarly client-driven environment.
  • Experience managing multiple clients, projects, and workstreams simultaneously, with the ability to prioritize effectively as deadlines and client needs change.
  • Hands-on experience working across integrated marketing disciplines, ideally including media, strategy, analytics, creative, ABM, demand generation, or marketing operations.
  • Understanding of media campaign workflows, including trafficking, creative specifications, approvals, quality assurance, and coordination across media channels.
  • Experience scoping projects and engagements, including defining deliverables, timelines, dependencies, resources, and level of effort.
  • Experience coordinating resources across cross-functional teams and understanding how to match project needs with the right people and capabilities.
  • Experience leading project kickoffs and team briefings, translating client requirements into clear direction for internal teams.
  • Strong understanding of agency workflows and client service, including managing changing priorities, scope, deadlines, approvals, and stakeholder expectations.
  • Exceptional organizational and project management skills, with a strong attention to detail and the ability to manage complex work without losing sight of the bigger picture.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the confidence to lead conversations, ask difficult questions, clarify ambiguity, and hold teams accountable to commitments.
  • A proactive, curious problem-solving mindset. You don't stop at "that's how we've always done it." You investigate, ask questions, find the root cause, and drive toward a solution.
  • Comfort working in project management and marketing technology platforms, including project setup, workflow tracking, reporting, and operational management.
  • Ability to operate comfortably between strategy and execution, understanding the business objective while also being willing to get into the details required to deliver the work.
