  • Support end-to-end project coordination including documentation, tracking, and execution activities.
  • Develop and maintain detailed process flows, workflows, and project artifacts ensuring accuracy and accessibility.
  • Create high-quality PowerPoint presentations for leadership reviews, client meetings, and internal reporting.
  • Facilitate meetings by scheduling, capturing notes, tracking key decisions, and following up on action items.
  • Act as a liaison between leadership, delivery teams, and stakeholders to ensure alignment and communication.
  • Assist in monitoring project progress, risks, dependencies, and maintaining dashboards and status reports.
  • At least 9+ years of experience in project coordination or project management.
  • Strong documentation and process mapping skills.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint (mandatory).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
