Role Summary

The Senior Project Manager is responsible for coordinating and supporting a portfolio of projects across Cogency Global, including organizational change initiatives, new technology implementations, workflow improvements, and acquisition integrations. This role ensures that projects are delivered effectively and is primarily focused on stakeholder alignment, decision facilitation, facilitating communication and risk visibility to ensure initiatives move forward efficiently and sustainably.

Approximately 70% of the role is centered on stakeholder engagement, aligning priorities, facilitating decisions, and maintaining momentum, while 30% leverages project management expertise to apply structure, discipline, and practical delivery approaches. Success in this role requires strong judgment, influence without authority, and the ability to navigate complexity across teams.

Major Goals

· Enable successful delivery of multiple concurrent projects within agreed scope, timeline, and budgets.

· Drive cross-functional alignment and decision-making to maintain momentum and minimize delays

· Identify and surface risks and issues early, supporting timely resolution.

· Strengthen project coordination practices that support organizational growth and change adoption.

· Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and reporting templates.

· Facilitate project meetings, document outcomes, and track follow-up actions.
