This is a remote role open to any location in continental US

This is an opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the financial futures of retirement plan participants while serving as a strategic communications leader for our Mid/Large Segment clients. The Strategic Communications Consultant partners with clients and internal teams to design and deliver communication strategies that help participants save, invest, and prepare for retirement with greater confidence. By driving engagement and behavior change, this role supports our Participant Outcomes mission of improving retirement readiness and financial well-being. The successful candidate will gain valuable experience influencing client strategy, leading complex initiatives, and delivering measurable results at scale.

Position Responsibilities:

Strategic Client Leadership

  • Serve as the lead communications consultant for an assigned portfolio of Corporate and/or Taft-Hartley clients.

  • Partner with plan sponsors, consultants, advisors, and internal stakeholders to develop communication strategies that support participant engagement and retirement readiness.

  • Present communication recommendations, campaign results, and participant insights to clients and key stakeholders.

  • Build strong client relationships and support client retention efforts by demonstrating the value of participant communication programs.

Communication Strategy & Participant Outcomes

  • Develop and execute communication strategies, campaigns, and programs that improve participant behaviors related to savings, investing, retirement readiness, financial wellness, and longevity preparedness.

  • Use participant data, behavioral insights, and industry best practices to inform recommendations and optimize outcomes.

  • Measure campaign effectiveness, identify opportunities for improvement, and recommend enhancements to increase engagement.

  • Collaborate across teams to support personalization, continuous improvement, and innovation within the participant experience.

Project Management

  • Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of strategic communication projects, ensuring completion within scope, timelines, and quality expectations.

  • Manage multiple priorities and deadlines while maintaining a high level of accuracy and client service.

  • Coordinate project activities across stakeholders and business partners to ensure successful execution.

  • Monitor project progress, communicate status updates, and proactively address issues.

Collaboration & Team Contributions

  • Contribute to team initiatives, process improvements, and business priorities as needed.

$92,475.00 USD - $160,290.00 USD

Employees also have the opportunity to participate in incentive programs and earn incentive compensation tied to business and individual performance.
