Job Description
THE POSITION:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Senior Project Manager to lead cross-functional projects from initiation through delivery. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational and leadership skills, experience managing budgets and timelines, and the ability to align diverse stakeholders toward a common goal. This person will be responsible for planning, executing, and closing projects while ensuring they meet business objectives, stay within scope, and are delivered on time and within budget.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Our employees are tasked with delivering excellent business results through the efforts of their teams. These results are achieved by:
  • Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
  • Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
  • Coordinate internal resources and third-party vendors for flawless project execution.
  • Lead project meetings, track progress, and communicate clearly with stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks and issues proactively.
  • Monitor and control project performance using appropriate tools and techniques (e.g., KPIs, status reports).
  • Ensure projects meet quality standards and regulatory compliance requirements.
  • Manage changes to the project scope, schedule, and costs using appropriate verification techniques.
  • Drive continuous improvement by documenting lessons learned and best practices.
  • Devise and implement best practices for project delivery via existing tools such as JIRA, Confluence, etc.
  • Demonstrate a commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion through continuous development, modeling inclusive behaviors, and proactively managing bias.

MINIMUM KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
  • Experience and/or Training: 5-7 years of proven experience managing projects in a Patient Services Hub or specialty pharmacy environment; solid understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid); excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills; strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities; ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Licenses/Certificates: None required (see Preferred Qualifications)
  • Technology/Equipment: Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, Smartsheet, or similar)

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Experience and/or Training: Prior experience in a Patient Services Hub or specialty pharmacy in a client-facing role
  • Licenses/Certificates: PMP certification or Certified ScrumMaster
  • Technology/Equipment: Prior experience with CRM applications such as Microsoft Dynamics 365 or Salesforce
