We're seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead planning, coordination, and execution across key initiatives. This role ensures projects are structured effectively, risks are managed proactively, and stakeholders have clear visibility into progress and outcomes. Ideally looking for someone with consulting experience leading SAP transformation programs or enterprise-wide technology transformation initiatives. 

In this role, you will: 

  • Lead complex ERP transformation initiatives, with a preference for SAP-based programs, while partnering closely with business and technology stakeholders.
  • Provide both strategic program leadership and hands-on project management, balancing executive-level oversight with day-to-day execution and delivery.
  • Quickly assess program needs, establish priorities, and drive momentum in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
  • Manage program schedules, milestones, risks, dependencies, and overall governance to ensure successful outcomes.
  • Proactively navigate and manage stakeholder expectations, helping to align competing priorities and facilitate decision-making.
  • Oversee stage-gate processes, ensuring project health, compliance, and readiness throughout the delivery lifecycle.
  • Manage program escalations and work closely with project managers to resolve issues, mitigate risks, and maintain forward progress.
  • Support monthly financial management activities, including forecasting, reporting, budget tracking, and program-level financial oversight.
  • Continuously identify opportunities to improve program execution, governance, and communication across stakeholders.

  • An experienced Senior Program Manager with a proven track record leading large-scale ERP implementations or transformations, preferably within SAP environments.
  • A strong leader who understands the big picture while maintaining close attention to project details, timelines, and execution.
  • Comfortable stepping into active programs and quickly becoming a trusted leader and partner.
  • Highly proactive, self-directed, and able to take initiative without requiring extensive oversight.
  • Skilled at managing complex stakeholder relationships and navigating challenging or evolving business environments.
  • Experienced in program governance, portfolio oversight, stage-gate management, and project escalation processes.
  • Financially savvy with experience managing program budgets, forecasts, and monthly financial reporting.
  • Effective at coaching, mentoring, and overseeing project managers to ensure consistent delivery practices and successful outcomes.
  • An excellent communicator who can engage confidently with executive leaders, business stakeholders, and delivery teams.
  • Known for staying organized, driving accountability, and delivering results in complex, fast-moving programs.
