Remote Tax Manager - Full-Time

Location: York, PA (Hybrid/Remote) | Lancaster, PA | Hanover, PA
Remote: Remote option available
Salary: $90,000 - $130,000/year + Benefits

We are seeking an experienced Tax Manager to join a growing public accounting firm in a partner-track opportunity. This role is ideal for a CPA with strong tax expertise, leadership experience, and a passion for client service and business development.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and review complex federal and state tax returns (Individual, Partnership, Corporate, and Trust)

  • Provide strategic tax planning and consulting services

  • Lead client engagements and maintain strong client relationships

  • Respond to IRS and state tax notices and resolve technical tax issues

  • Mentor and develop junior staff

  • Support business development initiatives and firm growth

  • Stay current with tax law changes and ensure compliance

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting

  • Active CPA license required

  • 5+ years of public accounting/tax experience

  • Experience with complex tax return preparation and review

  • Proficiency with CCH Axcess, QuickBooks, and Microsoft Office

  • Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills
