Job description

Job Overview:

Pay Range: $60.00hr - $65.00hr

Requirement/Must Have:

  • 8+ years of experience in Project Management.
  • 5+ years of experience in Oracle EBS.
  • 4+ years of experience in ERP.
  • Experience working in a regulated environment (GxP/CSV) requiring strict documentation, traceability, and signoff discipline.
  • Ability to act as the single source of truth for the full project effort, owning the authoritative view of plan, scope, status, and decisions.
  • Assertive delivery ownership with the ability to drive decisions to closure and hold owners to committed dates.
  • Exceptional organizational discipline in maintaining plans, RAID logs, decision registers, and backlogs.
  • Strong governance and reporting rigor for producing accurate status and SteerCo materials.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary Project Manager for the Logistics Smartsheet-to-Power Platform migration.
  • Own day-to-day delivery execution across five Lines of Business and two international sites.
  • Coordinate with leadership and the engagement team within the AppDev delivery structure.
  • Manage the project plan and delivery cadence across six phases: Mobilization, Design, MVP Build, Expansion, Migration, and Go-Live.
  • Coordinate a distributed delivery team including onshore solution architects, technical principals, and offshore developers.
  • Manage stakeholder groups across multiple sites, ensuring SME availability for Client, design validation, and UAT.
  • Run governance including scope control, risk and issue management, dependency tracking, and escalation.
  • Own leadership and SteerCo reporting.
  • Track budget consumption and resource allocation against the plan.
  • Drive approvals and signoffs to closure with named owners per the RACI matrix.
  • Maintain the integrated project plan and delivery schedule weekly.
  • Produce weekly status reports regarding progress against plan, milestones, risks, and decisions.
  • Maintain the RAID log and decision/assumption registers.
  • Coordinate sprints and backlogs in Azure DevOps against the delivery plan.
  • Facilitate Client, design, and validation sessions.
  • Route requirements and process-map signoff packages to correct approvers.
  • Coordinate Architecture Review Board (ARB) submissions.
  • Coordinate UAT planning and execution for MVP and subsequent releases.
  • Develop migration and cutover plans, including parallel-run and deprecation sequencing.
