Everyone's Counseling Center is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our team in Easton, Pennsylvania. This position is remote, allowing for flexibility and work-life balance while still providing comprehensive support to clients in our detox center facility. • Conduct detailed assessments to evaluate clients' social, emotional, and psychological needs, utilizing standardized assessment tools to guide your practice.
• Provide individualized and group counseling sessions, applying evidence-based therapeutic approaches to address the unique circumstances of clients.
• Develop, implement, and monitor tailored service plans which align with clients' objectives, providing ongoing support and adjustments as needed.
• Advocate for clients’ rights and facilitate access to necessary resources, including healthcare, housing, employment, and legal services.
• Contribute to program development and evaluation, assisting in reporting and grant writing to secure funding for initiatives that support community health.
• Engage in collaborative efforts with local community organizations, government entities, and volunteers to enhance service delivery and community outreach.
• Participate actively in team meetings, training opportunities, and community engagement events to cultivate an informed and responsive counseling environment.

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker at Everyone's Counseling Center, your primary focus will be on clients requiring mental health support, addiction recovery services, and assistance in navigating challenging social environments. You will work with a diverse client base, including individuals facing homelessness, domestic violence, trauma, and systemic inequities. Your role will be crucial in fostering resiliency and providing effective interventions for those who are often underserved.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program is required.
• Active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
• Demonstrated understanding of trauma-informed care and the social determinants of health.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the capacity for empathy and active listening.
• Strong organizational skills, capable of managing multiple projects and case loads effectively.

• Experience working in nonprofit organizations or similar mental health settings is highly preferred.
• Knowledge of social justice and advocacy efforts, particularly in relation to mental health and addiction services.
• Familiarity with electronic health record systems and data management practices is an asset.
• Previous experience in grant writing and programmatic evaluation will be advantageous.

The salary for this full-time position ranges from USD 75,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Additionally, a sign-on bonus will be provided as part of the compensation package to welcome you to our team.
