Certain states and localities require employers to post a reasonable estimate of salary range. A reasonable estimate of the current base pay range for this position is $126,000 to $158,000 annually. Actual salary will be based on a variety of factors, including shift, location, experience, skill set, performance, licensure and certification, and business needs. The range for this position in other geographic locations may differ.Certain positions may also be eligible for variable incentive compensation, such as bonuses or commissions, thatarenot included in the base pay.

Job Responsibilities

  • You will be accountable for the entire project lifecycle onassignedprojects, working alongsideimpactedteams andstakeholdersmanaging multidisciplinary teams fromacross SC&E.
  • The role isinternal but has an expectation of havingclient facingexperience and based on internal/client demand this role couldpivot tobeingclient facingrole within 6-12 months

  • Assigned to large and complex projects, you'll be expected to raise risks early and find solutions to fit thestakeholders'needs whilst sticking with project expectations.
  • Manage the technical, business and personnel aspects of engagements.
  • Manage theapprovedinvestment and correspondingresource management activities for the assigned engagements.
  • Oversee multipleconsultingor delivery teams at once, provide leadership, guidance and standardizedprocess, reporting and client communication.
  • Serve as the day-to-day Project Manager for one or more of our larger, more strategicprojects.
  • Ensure deliverables are of the highest quality to promotestakeholdersatisfaction.
  • Ensure key project management deliverables are produced such as project charters, project plans, resource plans, risk mitigation plans, change management plans, etc.
  • Serve as a key member of the solution delivery team by facilitating requirements/design sessions and producing deliverables.
  • Monitor project team engagement and performance and provide feedback; ensure involvement of the appropriate teams and individuals during each project phase.
  • Develop strongstakeholderrelationships.
  • Key participant in the business development process; leading business development efforts from a delivery perspective.
