Job Overview:

Requirement/Must Have:

  • 1+ years of experience in project management and technical analysis.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

  • Own and run small-scope projects end-to-end as both Project Manager and Technical Analyst.
  • Must work US business hours; after-hours and weekend support required for newly implemented clients for a minimum of 2 weeks post go-live.
  • Troubleshoot, identify potential escalations, and alert management; analyze data, identify patterns or risks, and apply innovative thinking to solve problems.
  • Demonstrate an understanding of the industry that goes beyond mere competence with client systems.
  • Communicate detailed insights and implementation direction to the organization.
  • Provide communication on issues or complex information to a wide audience; lead client calls during US work hours, EST time zone.
  • Independently manage projects demonstrating a high level of autonomy and judgment, often bringing structure to high degrees of ambiguity.
  • Manage complex tasks, improve processes, mentor juniors, and contribute to design decisions.

Skills:

  • Excellent merchant and mobile distributed capture domain knowledge across banking environments.
  • Deep understanding of teller and distributed capture workflows and deposit lifecycle management.
  • Item processing knowledge across capture channels — merchant, mobile, teller, and ATM.
  • Deposit settlement, balancing, and exception handling across distributed capture platforms.
  • Familiarity with banking ERP, check clearing, and remittance processing environments.
