Job description

Blueprint Test Preparation is seeking a highly-organized, detail-oriented Part-Time Marketing Project Manager to coordinate the planning and execution of marketing campaigns and creative initiatives. This role will partner closely with the Marketing, Creative, Product, and E-Commerce teams to keep projects on track, facilitate cross-functional communication, and ensure marketing assets and campaigns are delivered on time. This role will be responsible for leading key project management ceremonies (including, but not limited to, monthly planning sessions, stand-ups, campaign retrospectives), managing and maintaining detailed project plans, and leveraging established processes and tools while identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.

This is a part-time role (approximately 30 hours/week) with flexibility in scheduling, however availability during core business hours for team meetings and stakeholder collaboration is expected.

What You'll Do

  • Manage the day-to-day execution of marketing campaigns and creative initiatives from kickoff through delivery.
  • Coordinate the intake, planning, prioritization, and execution of creative requests ensuring clear ownership, timelines, dependencies, and deliverables across Marketing, Creative, and E-Commerce teams.
  • Maintain project plans, timelines, and task statuses in Asana, ensuring work remains organized, accurate, and manageable for all team members.
  • Proactively monitor project health, identify risks, remove blockers, and communicate timeline changes or dependencies to stakeholders to keep campaigns on track.
  • Facilitate kick-off meetings as well as regular check-ins, retrospectives, and stakeholder communications to proactively identify and resolve blockers.
  • Identify opportunities to improve existing project management processes and workflows as well as team templates and documentation to increase overall team efficiency.

Who You Are

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 2-4 years of project coordination or project management experience, preferably supporting marketing or creative teams (experience in education, publishing, or agency environments is a plus).
  • Experience using project management platforms (Asana and JIRA experience a plus). 
  • Ability to build strong working relationships and influence cross-functional partners without direct authority.
  • Exemplary organizational, prioritization, and decision-making skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with cross-functional teams in a remote working environment
  • Exceptional attention to detail with a proactive approach to follow-up, problem-solving, and driving projects to completion.
