About the Role
We're hiring a Project Coordinator to keep projects organized, on track, and moving forward across multiple client initiatives.
This is a high-execution role focused on:
  • Tracking timelines
  • Coordinating teams

  • Ensuring deliverables are completed on time

You'll act as the operational backbone of projects, ensuring nothing slips through the cracks.
What You'll Own
Project Coordination & Execution
  • Track project timelines, deliverables, and dependencies
  • Ensure tasks are completed on time across teams
  • Maintain clear visibility into project status
  • Support smooth execution from start to finish

Stakeholder Communication
  • Act as the central communication hub between:
    • Clients
    • Internal teams
    • Project managers
  • Provide regular updates and ensure alignment
