As we continue to grow our Manufacturing Solutions practice throughout New England, we're seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager / Team Leader to help lead our Health & Safety team and drive the next phase of our growth.
This is an exciting opportunity for a proven technical leader who enjoys balancing project delivery, team leadership, business development, and strategic growth. You'll play a key role in shaping the future of our Manufacturing Solutions business while mentoring and developing a talented team of professionals.
Leadership & Team Development
  • Lead and mentor a team of Health & Safety professionals within our Manufacturing Solutions practice.
  • Coordinate staffing resources and establish future work schedules to support project demands.
  • Participate in recruiting, hiring, onboarding, and retention efforts to grow the team.
  • Provide ongoing coaching, feedback, and professional development opportunities for team members.
  • Foster a collaborative, high-performing, and growth-oriented team culture.
Project Management & Technical Leadership
  • Serve as Project Manager and technical lead for complex client projects.
  • Ensure projects are delivered on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
  • Review proposals and scopes of work to ensure appropriate budgets, staffing plans, and client expectations.
  • Provide technical guidance and quality oversight across projects and client engagements.
Business Development & Practice Growth
  • Support business development and marketing initiatives to expand Manufacturing Solutions services throughout New England.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Collaborate with discipline and business leaders to identify growth opportunities and strategic initiatives.
  • Contribute to geographic expansion efforts and the continued growth of the Health & Safety practice.
  • Bachelor's degree in Safety, Health, Environmental Science, Engineering, or a closely related field
  • 10+ years of relevant experience
  • Certified Safety Professional (CSP), Certified Industrial Hygienist (CIH), or similar professional certification required
  • Demonstrated experience managing projects and leading technical teams
  • Strong verbal communication and public speaking abilities
  • Exceptional written communication skills with the ability to prepare clear, concise technical documents and proposals
  • Proven ability to lead, mentor, and develop early- and mid-career professionals
  • Growth-oriented mindset with a passion for team building and business development
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite

The base salary range for this role is indicated in the posting. This range reflects the company's good faith estimate of the compensation for this position at the time of posting.
