Project Manager / Project Coordinator
Location: Remote with Travel as Needed
Company: Lucent E3

Lucent E3 is seeking a highly organized Project Manager / Project Coordinator to help lead commercial electrical, low-voltage, EV charging, digital signage, and entertainment venue projects throughout the United States.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys managing complex projects, coordinating multiple stakeholders, and keeping teams moving forward. In other words, the person who prevents construction projects from becoming the beautiful chaos humans naturally create when given drawings, schedules, and deadlines.

Responsibilities

  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Coordinate field personnel, subcontractors, vendors, and customers
  • Develop and maintain project schedules
  • Track project budgets and costs
  • Procure materials and equipment
  • Coordinate utility companies, AHJs, inspectors, and stakeholders
  • Manage project documentation and reporting
  • Review drawings, specifications, and submittals
  • Support estimating and project planning efforts
  • Assist with change orders and contract administration
  • Conduct project meetings and status updates
  • Travel to project sites as required

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience managing commercial electrical construction projects
  • Experience with EV charging, low voltage, fiber, or specialty systems preferred
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Suites and project management software
