Job Title: Communications & Change Management Specialist

Location: Fully Remote/Full Tie

We are currently seeking a skilled Communications & Change Management Specialist to support a leading Fortune 100 client. In this role, you will be instrumental in developing and executing communication strategies, change management initiatives, and engagement efforts across multiple work streams. The ideal candidate is an experienced communicator who will bring a strong background in the pharmaceutical sector, excels in project-based environments and can collaborate effectively in a fast-paced, global organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Communication Planning & Execution: Assist in the development and execution of communication plans for deployments, program communications and change management initiatives.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with project teams, senior executives, and key stakeholders to ensure alignment across all communication and change management efforts.
  • Content Creation & Management: Develop and manage communication deliverables (emails, posters, e-signs, infographics, videos, etc.) while ensuring all messaging aligns with the overarching program themes, benefits and audience needs.
  • Client Management: Provide guidance and support to business partners to ensure strategic messaging and adoption of new initiatives.
  • Audience Management: Prepare and maintain distribution lists, ensuring communications are customized and delivered to the right audiences.
  • Resource Management: Maintain and update content on appropriate SharePoint Online sites and Teams sites, ensuring they serve as a resource hub for key project information, processes and tools.
  • Survey and Feedback: Assist with the development and distribution of surveys to solicit feedback and measure engagement.
  • Template & Toolkit Development: Build and maintain a library of communication templates, materials, and resources that support awareness and user adoption of applications.

Qualifications:

  • Seasoned Communicator: Extensive experience in strategic communication development and execution, with a demonstrated ability to work with people at all levels, including senior executives. Minimum of 5 years of experience.
  • Strong Writing & Editing Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a focus on clarity, conciseness and accessibility.
  • Global Pharmaceutical / Manufacturing Experience: Previous experience in pharmaceutical, manufacturing or technical industries is a plus, but not required.
  • Change Management Experience: Knowledge of change management principles is desirable. Experience developing strategic communication support for process or behavior change is a plus.
  • Agile & Multi-Project Experience: Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple projects, ensuring high-quality deliverables are delivered on-time.
  • Technical Proficiency: Skilled in Microsoft Office 365, SharePoint, internal social collaboration platforms (e.g., Viva Engage) and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign).
  • Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail, clarity of thought, and the ability to listen effectively and execute in a timely manner.
  • Certifications: Prosci Change Management, Six Sigma, CCMP, ATD, or PMI preferred.
  • Educational Background: A bachelor's degree in English, Communications, Journalism or a related field is required. A master's degree is a plus.

Required Start Time: Due to national and international operations, a start time of 8 a.m. EST is required.
