About the Job

The Account Coordinator is an entry-level position that supports Jairus’ account management and operations teams. This role is ideal for candidates with 1–2 years of experience in a digital marketing agency setting. You will work across a variety of clients, gaining hands-on exposure to marketing projects while building your skills in account coordination. With guidance, mentorship, and coaching from senior team members, you’ll develop a strong foundation for a future career in account management.


About You

You are detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn. You enjoy working in a collaborative team and are passionate about marketing. With 1–2 years of agency experience, you’re ready to take on responsibility for supporting client work while continuing to develop your skills in campaign coordination, communication, and project management.


Responsibilities

Example responsibilities for this role include (but are not limited to):

  • Support project implementation, such as audience development and campaign monitoring across platforms like social media and email.
  • Assist the account and operations teams in onboarding tasks for new clients.
  • Participate in internal planning sessions and performance reviews to learn best practices in client service and campaign execution.
  • Understand and follow internal processes and workflows, using our project management system (TeamWork) to keep tasks organized and on time.
  • Help with project logistics, including task setup, timeline tracking, and status updates.
  • Engage in mentorship and shadowing opportunities with Account Managers and Account Directors to understand career development pathways within the agency.


Requirements

  • At least 1 year of experience in account coordination or account management, preferably within a marketing or advertising agency.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities. 
  • Curiosity and eagerness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • High attention to detail and willingness to follow established processes.
