Intra Management Solutions (IMS) is continually partnering with organizations across defense, energy, federal, and aerospace industries. We are seeking experienced Program Schedulers and Project Controls professionals who are interested in future opportunities supporting complex, mission-critical programs.
Positions may be remote, hybrid, or fully on-site depending on client and program requirements. Travel expectations vary by engagement.
Experience We're Looking For
  • Experience developing and maintaining Integrated Master Schedules (IMS)
  • Proficiency with Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, Open Plan, or similar scheduling tools
  • Understanding of Critical Path Methodology (CPM)
  • Experience performing schedule analysis and schedule health assessments
  • Familiarity with project controls, program controls, or planning functions
  • Knowledge of Earned Value Management (EVM/EVMS) principles
  • Experience supporting engineering, technical, government, energy, defense, aerospace, or large-scale capital projects
  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating across multidisciplinary teams
