Job Summary
The Project Controls Coordinator is responsible for change management, contract administration, forecasting support, project audits, and closeout activities. This role serves as a key resource for Project Managers and supports the overall financial health of projects.

Essential Job Responsibilities

  • Manage change order entry and contract modifications within Vista.
  • Maintain contract values and revenue tracking.
  • Support forecasting reviews and project financial analysis.
  • Assist with project audits and compliance reviews.
  • Coordinate project closeout activities and documentation.
  • Support project leadership with reporting and project controls processes.
  • Mentor and assist Project Controls Coordinators.
  • Ensure compliance with company procedures and controls

Minimum Qualifications

  • 3-7 years of construction administration, contracts, project accounting, or project controls experience.
  • Understanding of construction financial controls and change management.
  • Strong Excel and reporting capabilities.
  • Vista ERP preferred.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.

Physical Demands and Work Environment

This position is primarily office-based with moderate travel (approximately 25-30%) to Loenbro job sites, training facilities, and regional offices across the U.S. While visiting field environments, the incumbent may be exposed to industrial construction site conditions and will be expected to follow all applicable safety protocols. Must be able to sit, stand, and work at a computer for extended periods. Reasonable accommodation may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions of the role.
