Job description

Eaton's ES AMER NAS division is currently seeking a Multi-Tenant Data Center (MTDC) Sales Operations Manager. This is a remote position where candidates must reside anywhere within the United States to be considered for this position.
What you'll do:
Position Overview:
The Manager of the MTDC Project Management Organization provides strategic leadership and oversees daily operations supporting Eaton's strategic MTDC customers in the North American data center segment. This organization delivers commercial and technical support from order entry through project closeout. The position works closely with field sales, the centralized project controls organization, field project engineering, manufacturing divisions and engineering services to ensure alignment with customer requirements. The role is responsible for maintaining and improving PMO processes, procedures and digital tools. Direct report responsibilities include program leaders, project managers and data center site representatives (contract SOW workforce). This leader must develop and adapt strategies to sustain high levels of customer service in a dynamic market while achieving annual profit plan and financial objectives.
In this function you will:
• Communicate the vision of the MTDC Project Management Organization across Eaton
• Achieve annual revenue targets
• Partner and maintain relationships with Field Sales to drive revenue growth, market share and lifecycle sales
• Support recruiting and development of a diverse talent pipeline
• Foster leadership engagement and succession planning across the organization
• Work closely with the VP of Data Center Strategic Accounts to ensure cascaded objectives are achieved & formulate a strategic plan for the MTDC/cloud compute segment to support market growth YoY
• Ensure compliance with corporate, division, and organizational policies and procedures
• Drive productivity using EBS principles and digital tools to support profitable growth
• Attract, develop, and retain high-performing program leaders and project managers
• Manage strategic staffing partner relationships to support data center site representative programs
• Engage with sales and sales leadership to support relationship building with customers
• Manage departmental budgets, including travel, entertainment and SOW staffing expenses
• Support the management of order financials including Z accounts and customer claims
Qualifications:
Required (Basic) Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution
• Minimum eight (8) years of experience in capital project program management, field sales or marketing
• Minimum five (5) years of direct data center market experience
• Possess a valid driver's license
• No relocation benefit is being offered for this position. Active-Duty Military Service member candidates are exempt from the geographical area limitation.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering
• 10 years of experience in field sales, project management and/or marketing within the electrical industry

The compensation range for this full-time position includes base pay and target sales performance incentive. This position has a target total compensation range of $187,500 - $275,000.
Base salaries are based upon candidate skills, experience, and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
