Job description

We are partnering with a commercial architect firm in the Greater Pittsburgh Region. Our client is looking for a Remote Project Architect/Architectural Designer.REQUIREMENTS:
  • 6–9 years of professional architectural experience with an architecture or A/E firm.
  • Bachelor's degree or Master's degree in Architecture.
  • Professional architectural licensure is preferred.
  • Strong Revit proficiency, with the ability to independently develop BIM models and produce coordinated construction documents.
  • Experience with renovation and existing-building projects.
  • Experience through SD, DD, Construction Documents, permitting, bidding, and Construction Administration.
  • Experience coordinating with structural, MEP, civil, and specialty consultants.
  • Comfortable participating in client, consultant, and contractor meetings.
