Job description

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Create, manage, and update all necessary project documentation, including plans, contracts, and reports. Help the Project Engineers manage the workspace for projects by keeping a repository of all documents.
  • Assist with developing project plans, setting deadlines, and creating timelines and workflows
  • Help allocate resources, manage contractor relationships and contracts, and ensure team members have the necessary tools
  • Helps with SAP & CMT related administrative tasks like creating assets, mark numbers, asset allocations, etc.
  • Coordinate with Project Managers and Asset Care Leaders (maintenance team) to ensure asset tagging, asset write-off, and asset creation/deletion in Maximo are completed for all projects
  • Ensure financial project closeout is completed for all projects in a timely manner
  • Update SAP project records and support Project Managers with tracking cash flow, in-service dates, and other key financial milestones
  • Coordinate with Project Managers, System Engineers, and the Finance team to ensure cost savings calculations are accurate and consistent
  • Partner with Storeroom and Vendors/OEMs to ensure all project-related POs are invoiced on time and support resolution of invoice/receiving discrepancies

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • At least 1 years of experience in Finance, Project Management, or a related field (or equivalent relevant experience)

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelors or Associate degree in Business, Finance, Supply Chain, or a related field
  • Certification, Training or Hands-on experience with SAP in an operations/maintenance environment

ADDITIONAL CONSIDERATIONS

  • Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the U.S. General Mills will not sponsor applicants for a U.S. work visa.
  • International relocation or international remote working arrangements (outside of the US) will not be considered.

Salary Range
The salary range for this position is $50400.00 - $69400.00 / Annually. At General Mills we strive for each employee's pay at any point in their career to reflect their experiences performance and skills for their current role. The salary range for this role represents the numerous factors considered in the hiring decisions including, but not limited to, educations, skills, work experience, certifications, etc. As such, pay for the successful candidate(s) could fall anywhere within the stated range.
