Job description

The Enterprise Marketing Technologies & Analytics Manager is responsible for leading the strategy, implementation, and optimization of marketing platforms that power digital engagement, automation, and analytics across the organization. This role oversees marketing technology ecosystems, including web, marketing automation and customer data platforms, and content management systems, ensuring they are integrated, scalable, and aligned with business goals. The role also provides strategic guidance on adopting AI and data-driven capabilities to improve efficiency, personalization, and measurable impact.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Leadership: Define and execute the marketing technology roadmap to support global campaigns, personalization, and lead management across digital channels.

  • Platform Ownership: Oversee the management and integration of web, marketing automation, customer data, and content management platforms.

  • Analytics and Optimization: Lead analytics strategy to measure performance, improve attribution, and drive actionable insights that optimize marketing ROI.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with marketing, IT, data, and sales teams to ensure technology aligns with business objectives and enhances customer experiences.

  • AI and Innovation: Identify opportunities to leverage AI and automation to scale content delivery, optimize workflows, and enhance audience targeting.

  • Governance and Compliance: Ensure adherence to global data privacy and consent regulations (GDPR, CCPA, ePrivacy).

  • Vendor and Partner Management: Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and managed service providers (MSPs) to ensure value delivery and operational excellence.

  • Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop a team of marketing technologists, analysts, and platform administrators to build best-in-class capabilities.

  • Budget and Resource Management: Oversee technology budgets and ensure efficient allocation of resources.

Required Skills and Experience

  • Deep understanding of marketing technology ecosystems and data integration across CRM, automation, analytics, and content platforms.

  • Bachelor’s Degree required

  • Minimum of 8 years of related experience aligned to marketing operations, marketing technology, platform governance, systems integration, and digital transformation; or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience.

  • Proven experience leading digital transformation initiatives that improve marketing efficiency and customer engagement.

  • Strong analytical mindset with experience in marketing analytics, data visualization, and performance measurement.

  • Excellent leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills.

  • Working knowledge of AI applications within marketing technology environments.

  • Familiarity with global privacy and compliance standards.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

  • Exceptional communication skills to bridge technical concepts with business strategy.

Preferred Skills

  • Master’s Degree preferred

  • Deep experience with enterprise marketing technology stacks, integrations, governance, and cross-functional platform enablement

  • Experience with the full marketing technology stack, including CRM, CDP, marketing automation, content management, digital asset management, event registration, video, analytics, paid media, and related integration platforms; SFDC MCA Certified Admin or Developer preferred.

  • Experience supporting global commercial organizations and regulated digital marketing processes, including privacy, consent, email, cookie, and data-use requirements such as GDPR, CCPA/CPRA, CAN-SPAM, CASL, ePrivacy/PECR, TCPA, and HIPAA where applicable.

This is a remote role with up to 20% travel.
