Are you a Staff Accountant who enjoys maintaining financial records, reconciling accounts and preparing financial reports? Do you take full ownership of your assignments and drive for results? If this describes you, this may be the opportunity for you!
What you'll be doing...
  • Create journal entries to record transactions.
  • Reconcile all bank and investment accounts.
  • Prepare financial statements accurately and within required timeframes.
  • Monitor and facilitate timely processing of Trust expenses.
  • Calculate premium and reconcile benefit payments timely.
  • Calculate and remit federal and state tax withholdings.
  • Prepare monthly and annual financial statements timely and accurately.

Who you are...
  • Knowledgeable. Knowledge of accounting principles and practices
  • Experienced. 1+ year of operational accounting or employee benefits experience
  • Educated. Degree in Accounting or related field, or combination of education and experience
  • Team Player. Work independently as well as collaborate with others
  • Analytical. Able to quickly assess and analyze problems and develop solutions
  • Technically Savvy. Proficient in MS Office with advanced level in Excel & QuickBooks
