• Conduct thorough assessments of clients' emotional and mental health needs, utilizing evidence-based methods to determine the most effective treatment approach.
• Develop, implement, and regularly update personalized treatment plans for individuals, couples, and families to address specific challenges, such as anxiety, trauma, or behavioral issues.
• Provide therapeutic interventions through individual, couples, and family therapy sessions, ensuring a safe space for open dialogue and healing.
• Collaborate closely with other healthcare professionals and school staff to create coordinated care strategies that promote overall student well-being and academic success.
• Maintain accurate records of client sessions, treatment plans, and progress notes, compliant with ethical standards and legal regulations.
• Engage in ongoing professional development and supervision to continually enhance your clinical skills and stay current with the latest advancements in social work practices.
• Ensure adherence to ethical guidelines, legal requirements, and organizational policies throughout all aspects of client care.

This position focuses primarily on students in various school environments, addressing the mental health challenges faced by children and adolescents. You will work closely with young clients from diverse backgrounds and their families, helping them navigate issues such as academic stress, interpersonal conflicts, and emotional distress. By building trustworthy relationships, you will empower these young individuals to achieve personal growth and academic success.

• A Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution is required.
• Current licensure as a Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) within the state of Texas is mandatory.
• A minimum of three years of experience in clinical social work, with a focus on therapeutic intervention for children and adolescents.
• In-depth knowledge of mental health diagnostics, treatment methodologies, and current best practices in social work.
• Excellent communication, counseling, and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to foster a supportive therapeutic alliance.
