We are seeking a highly organized, proactive Technology Partner to support the optimization and continuous improvement of Openwork's core business systems and technology solutions. This role will partner closely with business teams, vendors, and technology stakeholders to ensure our systems are effectively supporting operations, improving efficiency, and creating a seamless experience for employees, candidates, and customers.

In this role, you will serve as a bridge between business needs and technology solutions by managing system support, coordinating enhancements, improving workflows, supporting implementations, and identifying opportunities to leverage automation and emerging technologies.

What You'll Do:

  • Manage support tickets for core business systems (ATS, CRM, reporting tools, integrations) through to resolution — including triage, configuration fixes, vendor follow-up, and change validation.
  • Assist with system administration for assigned platforms including user management and configuration updates.
  • Coordinate vendor follow-up and issue tracking for operational technology systems including open ticket status and renewal timelines.
  • Support system implementations by contributing to requirements gathering, documentation, configuration, data preparation, testing, and end-user training under direction of appropriate senior resource.
  • Contribute to business analysis efforts — gather user requirements, document current state workflows, and produce basic requirements documentation to support system improvements.
  • Manage project trackers and coordinate cross-functional tasks for assigned workstreams; keep milestones, status, and ownership current.
  • Support change management for system updates — coordinate rollout communications, assist with training delivery, and document adoption gaps.
  • Build and deliver training materials for systems within scope; ensure end users have the resources they need to use systems correctly and consistently.
  • Provide direction to Coordinator or Specialist on specific project tasks as needed.
  • Map and document operational workflows across recruiting, sales, onboarding, and back-office functions to identify improvement opportunities.
  • Build and maintain lightweight integrations and automations using available tools against defined requirements; escalate complex design to appropriate senior resource.
  • Test AI and automation tools within assigned systems scope; document findings and present recommendations with supporting rationale for review by appropriate senior resource.
  • Identify process improvement opportunities and document findings with supporting rationale for review by appropriate senior resource.
  • Observe and flag client, candidate, and employee experience issues within systems under management; analyze patterns and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Maintain SOPs, system documentation, and process guides for assigned systems and workflows; ensure documentation is current and reviewed at least quarterly.
  • Contribute to data integrity efforts and support reporting and dashboard creation
