The Investor's Edge is hiring a remote Sales Director for evenings and weekends.


What you'll do: Close high-ticket real estate investment programs over the phone. Pre-set appointments and live transfers. No cold calling.


What you'll make: $36K base + uncapped commissions. Current team average: $100K-$150K. Top performers: $129K+.


What you'll work: Evenings and weekends, rotating 3-week schedule. About 50 hours calendar availability, 40 hours actual work.


What you need: 2+ years B2C high-ticket phone sales. CRM skills. Proven success with $3K+ programs.

Hours: 

Your Schedule (MST):

  • Mon–Thu: 12:00 PM – 10:00 PM
  • Fri: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
  • Sat–Sun: 7:00 AM – 6:00 PM  Directors rotate weekends, working two out of every three weekends to ensure balanced coverage.  If you work Sat and Sun you will have Mon and Tuesday off. 
  • You’ll work a 5-day schedule, never more than five days in a row, with two consecutive days off each week.
  • You’ll keep your calendar open Nights and Weekends about 10 hours per day (around 50 hours per week) to allow for both pre-scheduled appointments and live-transfer calls.


You’ll typically have 25–35 hours of booked talk time per week, each pre scheduled set is 2-hour appointment blocks. This turns into  11-12 hours of Talk time for pre set. This does not include live transfers. 


When not on a call, your time is flexible — you just need to stay reachable within 5 minutes during your shift for any incoming live transfer. You have to be ready for a video call to be on a live call in front of computer within 5 mins during set hours.
