The Role

We are seeking a results-driven Senior Demand Generation Manager to lead and scale integrated demand generation programs that drive pipeline growth, accelerate revenue, and strengthen market presence. This strategic and hands-on role will own the planning, execution, optimization, and measurement of multi-channel campaigns across the buyer journey.

The ideal candidate has a strong background in B2B SaaS demand generation, excels at collaborating with Sales and Marketing teams, and is comfortable leveraging marketing automation, CRM systems, and account-based marketing (ABM) technologies to drive measurable business outcomes.

This role requires a willingness and ability to travel for industry events, customer engagements, field marketing initiatives, and team meetings as needed.

What You’ll Be Doing:Demand Generation Strategy & Execution
  • Develop and execute integrated demand generation strategies that drive qualified leads, pipeline creation, and revenue growth.

  • Own end-to-end campaign planning, execution, optimization, and reporting across digital, field, partner, and content marketing channels.

  • Design and manage full-funnel programs that support lead acquisition, nurturing, conversion, and customer expansion objectives.

  • Continuously test and optimize messaging, audience segmentation, channels, and campaign performance.

Pipeline & Revenue Growth
  • Partner closely with Sales leadership to align marketing initiatives with pipeline and revenue goals.

  • Establish lead management processes and service level agreements (SLAs) between Marketing and Sales.

  • Monitor campaign influence on pipeline generation, sales velocity, conversion rates, and revenue contribution.

  • Identify opportunities to improve lead quality and overall funnel performance.

Account-Based Marketing (ABM)
  • Support and execute account-based marketing programs targeting strategic accounts and buying committees.

  • Collaborate with Sales to identify target account lists, buying personas, and engagement strategies.

  • Utilize ABM platforms and intent data to increase account engagement and pipeline creation.

Marketing Operations & Analytics
  • Manage campaign execution through marketing automation and CRM platforms.

  • Maintain campaign attribution models and reporting frameworks.

  • Analyze performance data and deliver actionable recommendations to stakeholders.

  • Develop dashboards and executive reporting on key demand generation metrics.

A Little Bit About You:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.

  • 6–10 years of experience in B2B demand generation, growth marketing, or pipeline marketing roles.

  • Proven experience in a B2B SaaS environment with demonstrated success driving measurable pipeline and revenue outcomes.

  • Strong experience developing and executing multi-channel demand generation campaigns.

  • Hands-on experience with:

    • HubSpot

    • Salesforce CRM

  • Strong understanding of lead lifecycle management, marketing attribution, and funnel optimization.

  • Experience partnering closely with Sales teams and revenue organizations.

  • Excellent analytical, project management, and communication skills.

  • Willingness and ability to travel up to 10–20% for business purposes, including conferences, customer events, and team meetings.

  • Leverages HubSpot, Salesforce, and marketing technology to deliver scalable, data-driven results.

  • Establishes themselves as a trusted partner across Marketing, Sales, and Revenue Operations.
