As a Licensed Master Social Worker at Gotham Enterprises Ltd, your responsibilities will encompass a variety of tasks, including but not limited to:

• Conducting thorough assessments of clients’ mental health status, utilizing evidence-based methods to inform treatment planning.
• Formulating individualized treatment plans that reflect best practices and align with clients’ goals and preferences.
• Delivering a range of psychotherapy interventions, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), tailored to the specific needs of each client.
• Maintaining clinical documentation that meets legal and ethical standards, ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations and company policies.
• Engaging in interdisciplinary team discussions and case reviews to coordinate comprehensive care.
• Providing psychoeducation to clients and their families about mental health conditions, therapeutic approaches, and available community resources.
• Staying current with developments and research in the mental health field, incorporating new evidence into your practice.

Your role will primarily involve serving individuals facing a wide spectrum of mental health challenges, ranging from anxiety and depression to more complex behavioral issues. With a focus on outpatient services, you will work with diverse populations, including children, adolescents, adults, and families. This dynamic client base not only enriches the therapeutic experience but also enhances your professional growth as you adapt your strategies and approaches to meet varied needs.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• A valid license as a Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) in New York.
• At least 3 years of experience providing clinical psychotherapy services in a mental health environment.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills necessary for effective collaboration with clients and colleagues.
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.

• Background in community health systems and resource navigation.
