Job description

We’re looking for an experienced Program Manager to lead a major procurement catalog implementation within a complex enterprise environment. This role will drive cross-functional delivery across procurement, supply chain, sourcing, IT, finance, and external partners to support a successful Coupa Hosted Catalog rollout and adoption.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the end-to-end program for a procurement catalog implementation, from planning and design through testing, deployment, and stabilization.
  • Coordinate multiple workstreams, ensuring alignment across business, technical, and supplier teams.
  • Develop and maintain program plans, timelines, resource needs, budgets, governance, and executive updates.
  • Facilitate business process design efforts to align catalog capabilities with procure-to-pay goals.
  • Oversee supplier enablement, catalog content setup, and ongoing content management processes.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders and implementation partners to manage scope, schedule, deliverables, and issue resolution.
  • Support testing activities, including system testing, user acceptance testing, defect tracking, and production readiness.
  • Drive change management, communication, and training efforts to support user adoption.
  • Monitor risks, dependencies, and escalations throughout the implementation lifecycle.
  • Support transition to operational support after go-live.
Skills
  • Strong program management background with experience leading complex enterprise software implementations.
  • Experience managing procurement, sourcing, or procure-to-pay technology initiatives.
  • Hands-on knowledge of procurement catalog or supplier enablement programs through go-live.
  • Ability to coordinate across multiple workstreams and keep programs on track.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and facilitation skills.

  • Experience supporting broader ERP transformation efforts.
  • PMP, PgMP, Agile, Lean, or Six Sigma certification.
  • Experience in utility, energy, or other regulated industries.
  • Experience establishing catalog governance and operating models.
  • Supply chain, procurement, analytics, or process-oriented background.
