Job Reports To: President, CPT/Chief Ethics Officer
Department: Center for the Public Trust
FLSA Status: Salaried/Exempt
Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. and as needed for conferences
This is not a full-time remote position, and you are required to work in the Nashville, TN office two days per week or as needed.
Summary
The manager of student services is a critical position to the CPT. This person serves as the lead on all student-related activities of the CPT. The position reports to the President of the CPT and with the president is accountable for the success of StudentCPT programming. The position requires some travel to college campuses and student organization events throughout the year
Requirements
Responsibilities
StudentCPT Chapters & Tiers
• Work with CPT President to establish new StudentCPT chapters and tier relationships by reviewing school requirements, meeting with professors and students, and other necessary cultivation activities.
• Establish and maintain relationships with StudentCPT chapter officers, faculty advisors and other colleges/university contacts.
• Ensure consistent contact (at least monthly) and coaching of StudentCPT chapter officers.
• Work with CPT President to coordinate StudentCPT chapter visit rotations.
• Work with CPT President to develop and maintain ethics presentation slides for students.
• Track and analyze StudentCPT Chapter and Tier Performance.
• Manage the inventory of StudentCPT promotional materials and supplies, ensuring chapters have resources needed to conduct their meetings.
CPT Conferences and Events
• Manage the StudentCPT Leadership Conference working with the CPT president and staff.
• Coordinate and work the booths at the AAA and BAP Conferences.
• Support CPT fundraising activities during the NASBA Annual Meeting.
• Support CPT team in the production of the CPT Golf Classic.
Communications and Marketing
• Develop student-targeted content for social media, blogs, and the Ethics Matters newsletter.
• Work with the communications department to maintain the StudentCPT website.
• Work with communications to maintain and update the StudentCPT chapter manual.
• Coordinate Ethics in Action Video Competition.
