Job Overview:

Pay Range $65hr - $70hr

Requirement/Must Have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related technical discipline.
  • 10+ years of experience in Technology Program or Project Management.
  • Minimum 6+ years of experience as a Technical Program Manager, Engineering Manager, Delivery Manager, or similar leadership role.
  • Proven experience managing large-scale transformation programs in enterprise environments.
  • Strong experience with Agile (Scrum/Kanban), Continuous Integration, and Continuous Delivery (CI/CD).
  • Experience managing Informatica implementation, migration, or integration projects.
  • Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
  • Experience managing distributed and cross-functional engineering teams.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of large-scale technology programs, managing scope, schedule, budget, risks, and resources.
  • Drive Agile delivery using Scrum/Kanban methodologies and mentor teams on Agile best practices.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure successful program execution.
  • Manage project roadmaps, sprint planning, resource allocation, dependency tracking, and release planning.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for business stakeholders and provide regular status updates to leadership.
  • Identify, manage, and mitigate program risks, issues, and dependencies.
  • Lead engineering teams in delivering scalable, high-quality solutions within Agile environments.
  • Review technical designs and provide technical guidance to engineering teams.
  • Coordinate application enhancements, migrations, and integrations, including Informatica-based solutions.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives across engineering and program management processes.
  • Track Agile metrics including velocity, burndown, sprint progress, and delivery KPIs.
  • Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, retrospectives, and backlog refinement.
  • Remove delivery impediments and foster collaboration across multiple Scrum teams.
  • Work closely with Product Managers, Product Owners, Business Analysts, Data Architects, and Engineering Managers.
  • Support release management and deployment activities in CI/CD environments.
  • Ensure effective communication between technical and business teams throughout the project lifecycle.
